House Choice Survey

Principal Investigator: This research is conducted by Safia Ansari, I am an Economics & Psychology Master’s student at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Voluntary Participation: 

 Your participation in is entirely voluntary and anonymous . You can withdraw your participation at any time by closing the tab. Once submitted, your responses cannot be withdrawn due to the anonymous nature of the data. GDPR is upheld. 

 Description of the 20 Minute Procedure you will be asked to complete:

• Short demographic questions

• Hypothetical Choice tasks between purchasing two housing options, please wait at least 7 seconds before choosing an option, consider both houses as within budget, any rennovation out of budget 

• 1 question about pricing 

• 20 psychological questions 

Potential Risks and Benefits:

There are no known risks/benefits associated with participating in this study.
